roger mckeever | sacred tremor: Roger McKeever is a transformational yoga & movement instructor, spiritual activist and artist. He created Sacred Tremor as a way to merge current and ancient forms of movement together with expressive art, inspirational poetry and diverse music to help students develop playfulness that is rooted in love, light-heartedness and meaningful exploration. His unique approach to yoga and art provides freedom and encouragement to explore creative, intuitive and spontaneous expression. Roger’s classes and workshops are grounded yet exhilarating, and he loves challenging his students to have fun while following their own sense of wonder in their body and in the world around them.
