This haunting piece of music has made it's way into all of my recent yoga playlists and into my morning meditation-in-motion everyday this week.

He created Sacred Tremor as a way to merge current and ancient forms of movement together with expressive art, inspirational poetry and diverse music to help students develop playfulness that is rooted in love, light-heartedness and meaningful exploration. His unique approach to yoga and art provides freedom and encouragement to explore creative, intuitive and spontaneous expression.
